Of all the ‘ism’s’, I find Stoicism the easiest to leverage in day to day life. The principles, concepts and tools are easy to apply in day to day life. Be it as simple as a daily reflective journal, or re-framing our experiences. While a constant pursuit to realise its benefits in challenging moments, It provides an easy reference point for finding the good in each experience. Or at least lesson.
There are so many good lessons to take away from the Stoic philosophy. Unfortunately they are some times obscured by the time they were written in. Hard to believe there is a disconnect between the 3rd century BC and now.
