Reframing a problem with questions that break thought patterns is often all it takes to fix it.
Ask yourself the following:
“What’s the problem?“
“How do you know it’s a problem?“
“When did you decide that?“
“When don’t you do it now?“
“What are you deciding then?“
“How is it different from how you were?“
“How do you know that now?“
“What other changes would you like to make?”
