Expanded Awareness

Learning State

Have the client find a spot on the wall above eye level and focus all their attention on the spot, keeping their eyes on the spot shift their attention to the periphery, while the eyes remain on the spot have the client shift all attention and awareness to the periphery. Calibrate and anchor expanded awareness with visual anchor and have the client move their attention back in front of them while their peripheral vision remains active and relaxed.

Obliterating an Issue

Elicit the problem and have client find a spot above and in front of them, “As you focus all of your attention and all of your awareness on the spot, tell me, what’s the problem? And how is that a problem for you?”

“Now, go into expanded awareness, shift all of your attention and awareness to the periphery.” “How do you even know that’s an issue?”

“Preserve the positive learning’s for you self and for the future which when you preserve those learning’s now, will allow you to let that old issue go. Just let it go…. preserving the learning’s.” (have the client share the learning’s)

Calibrate shifts, Break state, Test and future pace and repeat as needed.

Allergy Alleviator

This process is based on the presupposition that allergies are a phobic response of the immune system. It is most useful where: The allergen is KNOWN, and there is a similar logical type to which the person does not do the allergic response. i.e.. if allergic response is to cats, may use a fluffy dog. i.e.. if Allergic response is to peanuts, may use kidney beans.

Steps to the Allergy Alleviator

Preframe: Allergy is a phobia of the immune system & this process re-educates the immune system.

Set anchor for clear breathing/clear eyes (whatever is the opposite of the allergic response). Find a similar thing to which they don’t do the allergic response.

Have them imagine a Plexiglas screen in front of them, on the other side have them imagine the ideal them breathing clear and interacting easily with the thing to which they don’t do the allergic response.

Then have the ideal them interact with the allergen in exactly the same way as with the non-allergen simultaneously firing the resource anchor.

Suggest that the ideal them knows something that they don’t know yet, tell them that your going to have them lift the Plexiglas screen in a moment.

Have them lift the Plexiglas screen and take the ideal them inside, complete with learning’s, while firing the anchor. Break state, test and link response to the future.

Parts Integration

“Is it ok with your unconscious mind to release this problem today and to have conscious awareness of it?”

Identify Parts Conflict: “How is that a problem for you?” “What does that prevent you from doing that you really want to do?”

Unwanted Part: “I wonder if I could talk to the part of you that’s __(exhibiting negative behaviour), and I wonder if that part would like to come out and stand on one of your hands. Would if prefer to stand on the left or right hand?”

Arm Catalepsy

“Now if that part were to stand on the hand there, would it prefer to stand on the back of the hand or the front of the hand?

And as you look at that part that’s ____, who does that part look like that you know?

And if that part were to say something to you now, what would it say?”

Opposite Part: “Now I wonder if that part realises that there’s another part that it’s most in conflict with, the opposite number, the flip side of the coin as it were? I wonder if that other part would like to come and stand on the other hand?”

Arm Catalepsy

“Now if that part were to stand on the other hand there, would it prefer to stand on the back of the hand or the front of the hand?

As you look at the other part, who does that part look like that you know?

And if that part were to say something to you now, what would it say?”

“Alright, I’d like to come back and talk to the part of you that looks like (mention the image associated with the problem part), and I wonder if that part could consider for you what its highest intention is. What’s its highest positive intention?”

“Good, (Stated intention) for what purpose?” Keep chunking through 2 boundary conditions, “And all of that for what purpose?”

“You’re right where you need to be. You’re at the boundary conditions, that means you are about to have a breakthrough. So, if you had (most recent stated intention), what does that get for you? What does that do for you? For what purpose all of that?”

Elicit the highest positive intention for second part. Chunk up until you get to the same types of words.

“Now this other part that looks like (mention their image of the flip side part), I wonder if that part could consider for you what its highest intention is. What’s its highest positive intention for you?”

*As soon as their hands start to come together point it out: “Are you doing that on purpose?”

Point out same intention: “Did those two parts realise that they had the same highest positive intention for you, which is (state the intention they arrived at for both parts)? And did they know that by being in conflict they were preventing you from achieving your highest intention which is______. And would those 2 parts be willing to work together now in order to achieve your highest positive intention which is_______?”

“I wonder, could this part (point to the problem part) look over at that part (point to the flip side part) and see some resources it could use in helping you to achieve your highest positive intention which is_______?”

“And I wonder if that part (point to the flip side part) could look at this part (point to the problem part) and see some resources that it could use in helping you to achieve your highest positive intention which is_____?”

“And allow those parts to realise now that they were once a paret of a larger whole.”

“If there are any other parts that would like to join in the integration, just have them join in the integration now.”

“That’s right. As your hands come together take that integration inside.”
