Anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt, disappointment, shame, overwhelm, strass, frustration, confusion, inadequacy, repression, depression, tension, ETC.

THE GESTALT

This starts with the first event of any emotion.

Discovering the Root Cause

Limiting Decision Destroyer

The decision should be in a [nutshell] statement and is the true limiting decision or belief

”How’s that a problem for you now?”

“Is it ok with your unconscious mind for you to release this decision today and to have conscious awareness of it.”

Root Cause: “Go ahead and get in touch with that limiting decision and light it up in your neurology, hasn’t it been present long enough? Resolve yourself today that this is the final day that this will ever be a problem in your life. And now ask your unconscious to take you on a journey of consciousness. Trace it back, allow your unconscious to be the guide as you go back to the very first event, the first time it was ever an issue for you. You may not know consciously the content of that event, but that doesn’t matter, does it? No, what does matter is that you trust your unconscious to take you right back to that very first event of that limiting decision which when you disconnect it there will cause it to disappear for you forever as an issue in your life. And then go right down into the event, see what you saw, hear what you heard and feel the feelings of being there. Notice that as you’re back there, become aware of any emotions that are resent, but notice that you can keep your spirit high. And you may need to fast forward or rewind the movie to get to the point where the decision was made. But become aware of the decision that was made. Are you aware of that decision now?” (Get affirmation)

“And now, rise about it, keeping your spirit high. Rise all the way up into the air towards the heavens and even higher than that. Rise right up above the stream of time, keeping your spirit high, and find yourself in the learning position directly above that event. Notice that the event looks so tiny and insignificant down below. “

Get affirmation

“Now, as you’re in the learning position now, it’s time to preserve the learning’s. What are the positive learning’s for yourself and for the future which when you preserve those learning’s now will allow you to release the emotion and the decision easily and effortlessly. Allow those learning’s to come to you now. Those learning’s which will allow this whole set of circumstances to serve a far grander purpose in your life. The purpose it was meant to serve. As you get those learning’s, can you share them with me?”

Once you have all the learning’s

“Good, now I want you to take those positive learning’s for yourself and the future and I want you to catalogue them at the unconscious level in that special place that you reserve for all such learning’s in such a way that they can change the future for you in a powerful and positive way. And now, if those learning’s had a color, what color would they be? (Get the color)

Good. Now imagine that color filling up your body, saturating every cell of your body. Imagine if they made a sound, what sound would they make? And then imagine that sound emanating from the core of your body, encapsulating you in the color and sound of the learning’s.

Now, I want you to move right back into the release position in relation to this event so that you are at least one hour before this event ever occurred or any of the events that lead to this event and you’re way up in the air looking down on it so it’s down below you and in front of you, and as you’re looking down on the event now in the release position the question is. Now, where did the emotion go? Did it disappear?”

Have the client acknowledge (if no use script E)

“That’s right it did, very good. Hear the voices deep within congratulating you on having the mindset of the champion. So now let’s test.”

“So I want you to float right down inside the event, so that you’re inside the event looking through your own eyes hearing the sounds around you, feeling the feelings of being right there inside the event and just notice. Is the emotion there. Or has it disappeared now.”

Acknowledgment

“And the decision, has it gone too?”

Acknowledgement

“That’s right it did. Now rise back up into the air into the release position and take the color and sound of the learning’s and splash them forward along the whole stream of time. Saturating it in the color and sound of the learning’s. Then come all the way back until now, but only as quickly as you can notice three opportunities that you missed in the past in light of that old decision. And see them now for the opportunities that they were and are for the future. And with each one of those opportunities feel the excitement within about the prospect of more of those opportunities that will surely be present as you move powerfully into the future.

Break state and test

Now, how do you feel about_____(opposite of the problem) now? Is that something that you are/is that something you can do?

Future pace

Step out to some indefinite time in the future where in the past that old decision might have limited you or held you back and notice what happens for you now. (Fill 3 time convincer)

Limiting Decision Destroyer Script E

If the limiting decision does not release, or if the person does not seem to be “at cause” with their learning’s, you can then have the person go back to an earlier time, to the “choice point” the place where they chose to create this entire set of circumstances in their life. Then have them release the decision at the choice point.

I want to as your unconscious to tak you zooming rapidly and unconsciously back to an earlier point – the choice point, the point where you shoes to create this entire set of circumstances in your life. And go right down inside the choice point and become aware of the “choice” that was made there too, the choic to create this entire set of circumstances in your life.

Great, now float back to the release position in relationship to this event and preserve any additional learnings.

Have the person acknowledge the learnings.

Now where has the emotion gone, has it disappeared…. And the decision, has it disappeard too? That’s right it has.

Have the client come back to now, break state, test and future pace.

The Time Stream

Negative Emotion Obliterator

Part A

“Is it all right with you unconscious mind to release this negative emotion today and for you to have conscious awareness of it?”

Root cause: “Go ahead and get in touch with that emotion light it up in your neurology… and I’d like you to go on a journey of consciousness. Trace it back, allow your unconscious to be the guide as you go back to the very first event… the first time it was ever an issue for you. You may not know consciously the content of that event, but that doesn’t matter… What does matter is that you trust your unconscious to take you right back to that very first event of that negative emotion, which when you disconnect it there will cause it to disappear for you forever as an issue in your life… and then find yourself in a place of safety before that event… before the very first event, or any events that led to it.”

Ask: “What’s the root cause, or first event of this negative emotion, which if you were to disconnect it there would cause it to disappear forever as a problem in your life, was that before, during or after your birth…?”

Part B

“And as you’re there in the place of safety before the very first event right now, it’s time to rise above it, keeping your spirit high. Rise all the way up into the air towards the heavens and even higher than that. Rise right up above the stream of time, keeping your spirits high, and find yourself in the learning position directly above that event. Notice that the event looks so tiny and insignificant down below.”

Get affirmation from the client

“Now, as you’re in the learning position now, it’s time to preserve the learning’s. What are the positive learning’s for yourself and for the future which when you preserve those learning’s now will allow you to release the emotion easily and effortlessly. Allow those learning’s to come to you now. Those learning’s which will allow this whole set of circumstances to serve a far grander purpose in your life… the purpose it was meant to serve.”

Wait for the client to get the learning’s

“As you get those learning’s can you share them with me?”

Have the client say the color

“So I want you to float fight down inside the event, so that you are inside the event looking through your own eyes hearing the sounds around you, feeling the feelings of being right there inside the event and just notice… is the emoting there… or has it disappeared NOW.”

“That’s right it did. Now rise back up into the air into the release position and take the color and sound of the learning’s and splash them forward along the whole stream of time… saturating it in the color and sound of the learning’s.”

“Then come all the way back until now, but only as quickly as you can release all of the emotion in the stream of time, and replace it with the color and sound of those new learning’s such that they change your behaviour without even your conscious thought. (allow the person time to process and then break state)

Test: “Now, I want you to stop and think of any even upon which you used to feel that old negative emotion and notice is the emotion there or is it gone (flat) now.” (Go over 2-3 times)

Future pace: “So I want you to step out to some indefinite time in the future where in the past you might have felt that old emotion in an unwarranted or unnecessary place and notice what happens for you now.

Emotional Obliterator Script C

For the person that does not release the emotion immediately

Make sure the person is really in the RELEASE position.

“Make sure you are really in the release position so you are at least one hour prior to the event, above the time stream and looking down on the event… So that its down below you and in front of you, and now get higher up and further back. Get as high up and as far back as you need to get to let it go…. And now, where has the emotion gone? Has it disappeared?”

have the person acknowledge (if yes….continue. If no, *move to step 2 and utilise script C)

“that’s right it has. Now go right down inside the event so that you are inside it, looking through your own eyes and tell me, is the emotion there? Or has it disappeared now?”

Have person acknowledge.

“Great, rise back up above the stream of time and back into the release position, take the colour and sound of the learning and splash them forward along the whole stream of time.. saturating it in the colour and sound of the learning’s.

Then come all the way back until now, but only as quickly as you can release all of the emotion in the stream of time, and replace it with the colour and sound of those new learning’s such that they change your behaviour without even your conscious thought.

Test and future pace.

*Script C Continued

Make sure they are really before the very first event.

If they are really in the release position and they still haven’t released the emotion, then

“Clearly you’re not before the very first event. The very first one, so id like to ask your unconscious not to take you zooming rapidly and unconsciously all the way back into the past to the very first even which when you disconnect it there will allow it to disappear for you forever as any issue in your life. And find yourself automatically in the release position in relationship to this earlier event so that you are at lease one hour before this event or any of the events that led to it and you’re looking down on it and its down below you and in front of you, and in this position preserve any additional learning’s.”

Have the person acknowledge (if yes …. Continue. If No thane move to step 3 and use script C)

That’s right it has. Now, go right down inside the event so that you are inside it, looking through your own eyes and tell me, is the emotion there? Or has it disappeared now?”

Have the person acknowledge

Great, rise back up above the stream of time and back into the release position, and take the colour and sound of the learning’s and splash them forward along the whole stream of time…. Saturating it in the colour and sound of the learning’s.

Then come all the way back until now, but only as quickly as you can release all of the emotion in the stream of time, and replace it with the colour and sound of those new learning’s such that they change your behaviour without even your conscious thought.

Test and future pace

Make sure it is totally congruent and ok to let go of the emotion

May require reframing. If reframing is required see script D.

Fast Phobia Scramble

  1. Establish a resource anchor when necessary so the person does not associate into sever trauma.
  2. Confirm one – trail learning and person ability to learn.
    1. A phobia is an intense irrational fear, and what usually happens is that someone has a negative experience and it gets anchored to the stimulus. So because its easy to learn that quickly, its also easy to unlearn it quickly
  3. Discover strategy used for having phobia (use strategy scrambler)
  4. Use a transderivational search; have them go back before the first event.
    1. I want you to get in touch with that fear, and trace it back to the fist event. And then I want you to go to a place of safety before the very first event, are you there?
    2. Get affirmation
  5. Make Movie screen in their mind, and have them do double dissociation so that they go to the projection booth
    1. Now rise above it. Construct a move screen in your mind. Now, not yet but in a moment, ill have you watch that event one last time on the movie screen, and you’ll watch it  from a place of safety at the beginning to a place of safety at the end. But before you do that I want you to imagine sitting in the theatre watching the movie. And now I want you to imagine yourself in the projection booth, watching yourself in the theatre, watching the movie. And in a moment I’m going to have you watch the movie from a place of safety at the beginning to a place of safety at the end , and you’ll watch it in black and white. So go ahead and watch it through one last time now to that place of safety at the end.
  6. Run the movie forward in B/W to the end
  7. Freeze frame at end, and white (or black) out
  8. Have the person associate back into the memory from end and run it backwards in color to the beginning.
    1. In a moment I’m going to have you jump into the place of safety at the end of the movie. And then I’m going to have you run it fast backwards to the place of safety at the beginning. And then you’;; jump back up into the projection booth. So go ahead, jump down into the movie into the place of safety at the end. And now run it fast backward in colour….go!
  9. You may add crazy noises and SMDs eg circus music, every one rock and roll dancing etc.
  10. Repeat steps 8 and 9 until the person cant get the feeling (K) back, or until the memory is not accessible.
  11. Test by checking ecology. i.e) is there still a healthy ability to respond appropriately to the object of prior phobia?
  12. Test and future pace.
